The Greenburgh Health Center is now offering the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccine to staff and eligible patients, according to the guidelines from the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

All vaccinations are by appointment only!

      • 1. We'll contact you when the time comes for your vaccination.
      • 2. At the time of the appointment, please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and a completed consent form.

Coronavirus vaccine

MVNHC, Inc. is approved to administer vaccines to eligible patients as per NYSDOH and certain essential workers. As NYSDOH guidelines increase and the allotment of the vaccine delivered to MVNHC, Inc. increases we will offer the vaccine to eligible patients.

MVNHC, Inc. is committed to administering vaccines safely and efficiently by meeting or exceeding CDC guidelines:

      • An immunization area will include well-established physical distancing
      • All nurses will be wearing masks, gloves, and face shields
      • Patients will be required to wear face masks and answer COVID-19 screening questions
